Houston Catholic Foodie Blogs day

Today I want to share with you two great women that I’m not sure what to categorize them as. They’re both Catholic and they are both a little bit crazy but that’s a different matter all together.  They are both Houston bloggers that blog about life, great tips and tricks and most importantly, food.

First let me introduce you to Nicki Woo, Home Guru. This chick is funny. She leaves comments on my blog all the time that make me cover the screen in coffee. She is an amazing mom that always digs on herself as being a horrible mom but one look at her and you know that’s not possible. She is straight up hilarious and then after she has you rolling, she gives you a recipe for food! hello! Laughter and food? I’m sold.

Just a few things you’ll find on her site include Crazy Good Oven Baby Back Ribs, Malted Coconut Smoothies, and even a link to buy her book of Catholic Crafts for Kids. Oh yeah, and did I mention that she’s Halloween Crazy? Crazy times 10.

Next there’s Lisa from Milehimama.com. I spend way too much time with her, in person, and she an amazing woman that has it together.  I won’t let the cat out of the bag as to how many kids she has but it’s somewhere between 8 and 10. Yet I never see her frazzled and she always seems to be more in control than I do with my three kids. I don’t get it but she does. She has life with a big family down pat.

Her blog is Milehimama.com and  it is full of  frugal tips, great recipes, big family life, and money saving ideas along with a lot of other insightful posts.

So there’s two great new blogs for you to follow and love and now I’m late for playgroup!!
