The ingredients for chocolate covered strawberries or pretzels are the same. You need chocolate to dip them in and anything fancy that you want to decorate them with.

How to melt the chocolate or Chocolate Candy Coating:
To melt the chocolate or chocolate candy coating, break any bars into smaller pieces. Place it in a microwave proof bowl and heat it at 50% power for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between heat cycles. You can also place it in a heat proof bowl on top of a pot of boiling water on the stove top if you don’t use microwaves. Stir and heat until totally smooth.How to dip strawberries or pretzels:
Dipping strawberries and pretzels are easy! Start by laying out a piece of wax paper or parchment paper on the table or counter. All you’re going to do is pull back the green leaves from the top of the strawberry and gently dip it into the chocolate, making sure that the chocolate is even across the top of the strawberry. Pull it out of the chocolate and tap your wrist, not the strawberry, on the edge of the bowl lightly to knock off excess chocolate. Gently scrape the bottom of the strawberry against the edge of the bowl to remove anymore extra chocolate and then gently place it on the wax paper. Place any toppings on the chocolate before it hardens!
