Christmas Crack and Family

We had an amazing weekend at Moody Gardens in Galveston, Tx. We saw beautiful lights, went ice sledding, took a ride on The Polar Express via 4d Theater and took a tour of their aquarium and rainforest.  It was as exciting as it sounds which is why I am exhausted! Plus the cute adorable 4 year old decided to practice her wrestling skills on her trying to sleep sisters at 11pm which prevented some much needed sleep.  Don’t worry, I’m going to tell you all about it tomorrow. But today is Monday. Monday’s are hard. People start talking to you before the coffee can catch up and it seems to be all downhill from there.  So let me give you a little pick me up with an oldy buy goody post.  Christmas Crack, also known as Christmas Toffee, is the perfect easy treat to make for christmas.  This recipes makes an extremely affordable but large batch of christmas candy, making it great to give as gifts.
