- 1 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/8 cup water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp sugar
- Start by placing water, mango and sugar in the blender. Blend until smooth, adding more water if necessary to get a smooth texture. Fill popsicle molds slightly more than 1/2 way with mango mixture and freeze.
- Using a small pot, heat frozen strawberries, water and sugar on medium low heat, stirring occasionally. Once strawberries are defrosted switch to low heat and continue stirring until the strawberries break down into pieces.
- Blend the strawberry mixture until smooth. Place this mixture in the freezer for 5 minutes to cool it.
- After strawberry mix is cool and has thickened slightly, pour it on top of the mango mixture in the popsicle molds. use a straw or knife to poke the strawberry mix down into the mango helping it to blend slightly. Place popsicle sticks in the molds and freeze for 3-4 hours or until frozen.
