You know those moms whose kid’s clothes actually match….
Yeah. I’m not one of them.
You know those moms who actually brush their kid’s hair every time they leave the house?
Yeah. I’m not one of them.
You know those moms who are so flexible from daily yoga classes that they can wrap their legs around their heads? twice?
Yeah. I’m not one of them.
You know those moms that you see in the store and their breasts are actually still in their original location?
Yeah. I’m not one of them.
You know those moms who are up at 5 am and have everything on their list done by 5:20am?
Yeah, I’m not one of them.
You know those moms who have no laundry pile whatsoever?
Yeah, I’m not one of them.
You know those moms who could walk straight out of the Lands End Catalog and be skinner than the actual page?
Yeah, I’m not one of them.
You know those moms that never raise their voice at all, not even when they see Bradley Cooper in the street?
Yeah, I’m not one of them.
You know those moms are that are so perfect they could be porcelain.
Yeah, I’m not one of them.
You know those moms who have never actually sweated in their life.
Yeah, I’m not one of them.
You know those moms who’s breath is composed of wild flowers and love?
Yeah, I’m not one of them.
You know those moms who all the men watch and oogle at the pool?
Yeah, I’m not one of those.
You know those moms who still have bounce in their hair, their step, in their.. you get the picture.
Yeah, I’m not one of those.
But the truth is that even though the bounce has left my….. step…. (and more)…. I am still awesome. Somedays I do want to compare myself to them but most days I know that it will wield me nothing. Plus what is on the outside is often not the truth of the inside.
Life is what you make it, not what you present that it is.

Absolutely love this!!
The best.post.ever! Found you through Pinterest and now a follower 😉
Thanks!
You are right, I totally agree with you !!!
thanks!
This is so true!!! Your right most of the time those are the women who have 5 nannies, a maid, a chef, personal trainer, stylist, hair/makeup team, & a butler to greet folks @ their door. The only real task they have to do for themselves is wipe their own tushy!!! Quite possibly they have a helper @ that too, LOL! I would rather be involved in my children’s lives and be the one who makes their lunches in the mornings, helps them with their school work & projects, and the one that reads their bedtime story after tucking them into bed!!! To me it’s the most rewarding career/job I have ever been promoted to in my lifetime!!!! Being a loving mother to my little one’s is all I will ever need!!!!
